IT MATTERS: How You Behave
Matthew 6:5-13; 1 Corinthians 10:13

Three petitions directed                        Three petitions directed
at the glory of God:                               at our needs:
Hallowed be Your name                       Give us our bread
Your kingdom come                              forgive us our sins,
Your will be done                                  lead us not into temptation

Don't miss the CORPORATE component to Jesus design for our prayers.

Our Father, forgive us, give us, lead us not.

What should we be praying about for each other?

Materially, we need bread.
Spiritually, we need forgiveness.
Morally, we need protection.

Keys to praying for deliverance:

1. Temptation will come to everyone...EXPECT IT!

If you every say "Nobody knows what I'm going through,"
you are WRONG.

2. God will not let us be tempted beyond what we can handle...BELIEVE IT!

If you ever say, "That temptation was so strong, I just had to give in,"
you are CALLING GOD A LIAR.

3. God will provide a way of escape...TAKE IT!
