When we are adopted by God, we are also adopted into the family of God. In today's individualistic and competitive culture, Christians often feel that spiritual life and growth is mainly through being alone with God. However, while God loves us individually, he also places us in relationships with other Christians. Growing faith happens best, and primarily, within community.
